Anniversary gala

The teaching of authentic folk music in Óbuda began in 1975. So 2005 was the 30 year anniversary of the Hungarian Folk Music School.

"Betlehem play"

The largest Christmas-tradition in Hungary is the "Betlehem play",or "Betlehemezés". Some days before Christmas our pupils and Ms. Éva Fábián performed a short play about the child Jesus with songs and poems in costums.
